Thank you, Google, for posting this video. I am an avid Alton Brown supporter and this interview presented a side of Alton that I [personally] have never experienced before- needless to say, I enjoyed every minute of it. There were some great questions posed and he wasn’t afraid to answer any of them. I hope he comes back again in the future, I’d love to see more!
Thanks Google && thanks Alton.
When was this?
Did anyone else notice that there is no 59:29?
bow tie ftw
This was a fun interview. Alton is very open and speaks his mind. I like the bits about an academic search feature from Google and teaching his daughter to make nitroglycerin.
@16:15 – Alton reminds me of what I’ve heard about Steve Jobs. He made the show for himself, what HE likes, and it became wildly popular. I love this interview, it’s great. Lots of good questions. <3 you Alton!
Love Good Eats!
thank you for posting this video …as you can see we Irish always chat as if we are by the fireside …. Fintan O’ Toole as usual taking over most of the sofa….i find it facinating how critics/journalists can t stop talking because they really would like to be those who they speak of … but alas they must live with their frustrations ..:)
great channel
